摘要
目的:分析产褥期母婴社区护理中规范化产后访视的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月产褥期产妇55例,根据社区护理模式分组,A组(规范化产后访视)27例,B组(常规产后访视)28例,比较产妇健康知识水平、产褥期心态与新生儿不良事件。结果:健康知识水平比较,A组健康知识评分高于B组(P<0.05);产褥期心态比较,A组焦虑评分低于B组,A组抑郁评分低于B组(P<0.05);不良事件比较,A组发生率[3.70%(1/27)]低于B组[32.14%(9/28)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用规范化产后访视护理模式进行社区产褥期母婴护理,可显著提高产妇母婴健康知识水平,改善产妇心态,促进新生儿健康,应用价值显著。
Objective:To analyze the application value of standardized postpartum visit in maternal and child community nursing during puerperium.Methods:A total of 55 puerperal women from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into group A(standardized postpartum visit)and group B(routine postpartum visit)according to the community nursing model,with 27 cases and 28 cases respectively.The level of maternal health knowledge,puerperal mentality and neonatal adverse events were compared.Results:The score of health knowledge in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).The anxiety score of group A was lower than that of group B and the depression score of group A was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in group A[3.70%(1/27)]was lower than that in group B[32.14%(9/28)],and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adoption of standardized postpartum visit nursing model in community maternal and child care during puerperal period can signifi cantly improve maternal and child health knowledge level,improve maternal mentality,promote newborn health,and has signifi cant application value.
