摘要
基于智利抗震规范推导地震反应谱曲线,以地震反应谱为激励,采用有限元法完成立式搅拌磨整机地震反应谱分析,通过对各工况下搅拌磨的最大应力进行组合分析,并对地震反应谱得到的峰值加速度进行地脚螺栓强度校核。结果表明,立式搅拌磨各部件均满足智利抗震规范要求。该方法为大型矿山设备的整体抗震设计和分析提供了理论依据和重要参考。
The seismic response spectrum curve was derived based on the Chilean seismic code.Using the seismic response spectrum as an excitation,the finite element method was used to complete the seismic response spectrum analysis of the vertical stirring mill.The maximum stress of the stirring mill under various working conditions was combined and analyzed,and the peak acceleration obtained from the seismic response spectrum was used to check the strength of the anchor bolts.The results showed that allthe components of the vertical stirring mill met the requirements of the Chilean seismic code.This method provided a theoretical basis and important reference for the overall seismic design and analysis of large mining equipment.
