摘要
为了解决海上油田爆燃压裂技术的适应性、安全性和有效性等方面技术难题,中国海油验证了该技术目前适应于海上油田埋深1310~3820m、渗透率范围0.1~1282mD、泥质含量2.2%~26.9%的井况,且增产效果显著;开发了HY-1新型低燃速火药,燃速比聚氨酯低燃速火药更低,具有易产生低峰值压力、更长裂缝的优势;采用强化工艺设计及监测的方法,能有效确保管柱及储层在安全的条件下,具有最大的增产效果;考虑了温度、井斜等因素作用,进一步加强管柱安全校核;采用与酸联作工艺,其油井有效率为100%,平均单井增油45.6m3/d,平均单井累计增油11037m3,远高于单一措施工艺。展望了海上油田技术未来发展方向。
In order to solve the problems about adaptability,safety and effectiveness of deflagration fracture technology.It was verified that it was suitable in 1310~3820mreservoir depth,0.1~1282mD permeability and its clay content was 2.2%~26.9%,its stimulation effect was obvious;The new type propellant with low burning rate has been researched,its burning rate was lower than polyurethane which can cause lower peak pressure and longer crack length;Enhanced process design and measure method was used for max stimulation effect in the safety of pipe and reservoir.Considering the effect of temperature,well deviation and other factors,the safety check of string was further enhanced.Combined with acidification which makes the effective rate was 100%in oil wells,average more daily oil production of single well was 45m3/d,average cumulative oil increase of single well was 11037m3 which was much higher than single method.The future development direction of offshore oilfield technology was prospected.
