摘要
围绕“绿色低碳”理念,基于对城市轨道交通绿色建造的调研,在政策标准体系、实施路线、建造技术3个方面,系统梳理城市轨道交通绿色建造的有益成果;基于对城市轨道交通碳排放现状的调研,分析围绕碳排放权的城市轨道交通发展方向,并从能源转型、建材生产和节能增效3个视角详细剖析双碳目标下城市轨道交通发展新要求。基于上述两方面的研究,从政策制度建构、城轨绿色建造实施路线、城轨低碳技术3个方面构思双碳目标下城市轨道交通绿色建造实施路径,为双碳目标下城市轨道交通高质量发展提供借鉴和参考。
Based on the existing research on the green construction of urban rail transit systems,this study systematically discusses the benefits of green construction in terms of relevant policies and standards,implementation routes,and green construction technology.Based on an investigation conducted on the current carbon emissions from urban rail transit,the development direction of urban rail transit around carbon emission restrictions was analyzed.Moreover,the new requirements regarding the development of urban rail transit under the dual carbon goal were analyzed in detail from the perspectives of energy transformation,building material production,and energy efficiency.Based on these two perspectives,the implementation path of green construction under the dual carbon goal was conceived in three aspects:policy and system construction,implementation route of green construction,and low-carbon technology,which provide a reference for the high-quality development of urban rail transit systems under the dual carbon goal.
