摘要
鉴于目前行很多机械结构中很多类似于飞轮齿圈一类的薄壁环形零件在检测过程中所存在的检测结构复杂、检测精度差、检测效率低的一系列问题,我们开发了一款基于周长展开法的内径π规检测结构。本文介绍了这种仪器的基本构造和检测原理,为相关厂商提供了一种新的选择。
In view of a series of problems existing in the inspection process of many thin-walled ring parts in many mechanical structures,such as flywheel ring gear,such as complicated inspection structure,poor inspection accuracy and low inspection efficiency,we developed an inner diameterπgauge inspection structure based on perimeter expansion method.This paper introduces the basic structure and detection principle of this instrument,and provides a new choice for related manufacturers.
