民用飞机吊挂易燃液体排液地面试验方法研究

摘要 民用飞机吊挂易燃液体排液地面试验用于对全机防火设计中易燃液体排液设计方案进行验证,从而表明对CCAR 25.863、25.1182条款的符合性。梳理了吊挂易燃液体排液地面试验的试验件通用实物构型检查要求,分析了针对排液路径上内外部零部件的特殊实物构型检查要求,并针对用于确认特殊实物构型检查要求的研发试验方法进行了研究。制定了试验点选取要求,并建议在试验点规划过程中通过数字样机空间分析和装配仿真确保试验点接近方式的操作可行。给出了吊挂易燃液体排液地面试验程序,对于在完成注水和收集排液量后的积液检查和积液收集工作的注意事项进行了分析,并介绍了试验结果分析方法,从而完整论证了民用飞机吊挂易燃液体排液地面试验方法,对民用飞机吊挂易燃液体排液地面研发及符合性试验的策划与实施具有一定的指导意义。 The ground test for flammable liquid drainage of civil aircraft pylon is used to verify the flammable liquid drainage design scheme in the fire protection design,so as to show the compliance of CCAR 25.863 and 25.1182.This paper sorts out the general physical configuration check requirements of the test piece of the ground test method for flammable liquid drainage of pylon,analyzes the special physical configuration check requirements for the internal and external parts on the drainage path,and conducts the research on the development test method for confirming the special physical configuration check requirements.The requirements for the selection of test points are set,and it is suggested that the digital mockup space analysis and assembly simulation should be used in the process of test point planning to ensure that the operation of the approach method of test points is feasible.The ground test procedure for flammable liquid drainage of pylon was given,and the precautions for the inspection and collection of liquid after the completion of water injection and collection of discharge were analyzed,and the analysis method of the test results was introduced,so as to fully demonstrate the ground test method for flammable liquid drainage of civil aircraft pylon,which has certain guiding significance for the ground test method for flammable liquid drainage of civil aircraft pylon and the planning and implementation of the compliance test.
