采煤机自主截割系统架构及关键技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对当前国内煤矿智能化建设需求,分析了采煤机作为工作面开采核心装备的自主截割系统现状及问题,介绍总结了采煤机自主截割系统在煤矿智能化系统架构中的角色与定位,提出当前采煤机自主截割系统面临的闭环控制、通信交互、安全高效3个方面的实际问题与应用挑战。以中煤科工集团上海有限公司采煤机为例,围绕采煤机自主截割系统的实际问题,阐述采煤机自主截割系统的架构的实施思路与方法,通过截割建模与模型利用关键技术、增强感知与保护关键技术和冗余通信与协同控制关键技术3个方面建立以感知识别、决策规划、控制执行3个系统构成的采煤机自主截割系统架构,并结合在实际矿井应用中的经验,对榆家梁煤矿、麻地梁煤矿和鲍店煤矿的应用实践进行了分析,检验了该系统架构在一定场景的适应能力。 In view of the current domestic demand for intelligent coal mine construction,analyzes the current situation and problems of the independent cutting system of the shearer as the core equipment of the work surface mining,summarizes the role and positioning of the coal miner′s autonomous cutting system in the structure of the coal mine intelligent system,and puts forward the practical problems and application challenges of the current coal miner′s autonomous cutting system in three aspects:closed�loop control,communication interaction,safety and efficiency.Taking the coal mining machine of China coal science and technology group Shanghai co.,ltd.As an example,expounds the implementation ideas and methods of the structure of the coal miner′s autonomous cutting system around the actual problems of the coal miner′s autonomous cutting system,and establishes the structure of the coal mine′s independent cutting system consisting of three systems,and combines the experience of the mine in the actual mine application,the application practice of Yujialiang coal mine,Madiliang coal mine and Baodian coal mine is analyzed,and the adaptability of the system architecture in certain scenes is tested.
