摘要
目的探讨系统性嗓音训练(Systemic voice training,SVT)联合海恩法则(Hayne's law,HEL)指导的用药安全对甲状腺结节(thyroid nodule,TN)患者述情障碍及吞咽功能的影响。方法选取2021年2月-2022年2月天津市第三中心医院收治的72例TN患者,通过随机分组方式将这72例TN患者分为A组36例和B组36例,其中A组采取常规护理对TN患者实施干预,B组采取SVT联合HEL对TN患者进行干预,观察比较两组的VHI评分、嗓音声学参数、吞咽功能及不良反应发生情况、心理弹性及自我管理能力评分。结果B组VHI评分低于A组(P<0.01);B组DSI、MPT、Fo高于A组(P<0.01),且Shimmer、Jitter低于A组(P<0.05);B组吞咽功能优于A组(P<0.05);B组发生用药不良反应率低于A组(P<0.05);B组心理弹性及自我管理能力评分均高于A组(P<0.05)。结论SVT联合HEL可改善TN患者述情障碍,促进患者吞咽功能恢复,使患者用药行为得到有效管理,从而减少不良反应,用药安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effects of systemic voice training(Systemic voice training,SVT)and Hayne's law(HEL)-guided medication safety in alexithymia and swallowing function in thyroid nodules(thyroid nodule,TN)patients.Methods Select 72 cases of TN patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022,by randomizing the 72 TN patients were divided into 36 cases of group A and group B 36 cases,including group A routine care intervention for TN patients,group B take SVT and HEL for TN patients intervention,comparing the two groups of VHI score,voice acoustic parameters,swallowing function and adverse reactions,psychological resilience and self-management ability score.Results Group B VHI score was lower than A(P<0.01),Group B had DSI,MPT and Fo higher than A(P<0.01),and Shimmer and Jitter lower than A(P<0.05);group B had better swallowing function than A(P<0.05);adverse drug reactions in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05);and resilience and self-management scores of group B were higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion SVT combined with HEL can improve alexithymia in TN patients,promote the recovery of swallowing function,and effectively manage their drug behavior,thus reducing adverse reactions and achieving high drug safety.
