皮革制品材质鉴别方法的研究现状及其展望 被引量:5

摘要 近年来皮革市场秩序混乱,皮革材质引发的纠纷常有发生。针对这一现象,文章系统性地介绍了感官鉴别法、化学分析法、显微镜法、红外光谱法和DNA鉴别法5个皮革制品材质鉴别的主要方法及其原理。通过归纳国内外相关文献,分析了皮革材质鉴别方法的研究现状,总结了各种鉴别方法的适用范围、基本特点及局限性,并在此基础上展望了皮革材质鉴别趋于数字化和无损化的发展趋势,提出了高光谱成像技术与皮革材质鉴别结合的研究方向,以此促进皮革检测和纺织工业的健康发展。 In recent years,the leather market has been in disorder,and disputes caused by leather materials have often occurred.In response to this phenomenon,five main identification methods of leather products and their principles were systematically introduced in this paper,namely sensory identification,chemical analysis,microscopy identification,infrared spectroscopy identification and DNA identification.By summarizing relevant literature at home and abroad,the research status of leather material identification methods was analyzed,and the application scope,basic characteristics and limitations of various identification methods were summarized.On this basis,the development trend of leather material identification toward digitalization and nondestructive development was prospected,and the research direction of combining hyperspectral imaging technology with leather material identification was proposed to promote the healthy development of leather testing and textile industry.
