破碎煤岩室内注浆加固效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究碳纤维和VAE乳液改性超细水泥浆加固破碎煤岩的可行性,通过室内单轴压缩试验对比煤岩、水泥浆试块和注浆体的抗压强度进行分析。试验结果表明:结石体抗压强度较原煤提高40%,较水泥浆试块提高25%,注浆效果良好;通过对比注浆体单轴压缩破坏前后状态,可知注浆体薄弱面由破碎煤岩原有裂隙所控制,在抗压试验时,主要沿着岩-浆-岩交界面产生破坏。 In order to study the feasibility of carbon fiber and VAE emulsion modified ultrafine cement slurry to strengthen broken coal and rock,the compressive strength of coal rock,cement slurry test block and grouting body was compared through indoor uniaxial compression test.The test results show that the compressive strength of the stone body is 40%higher than that of raw coal and 25%higher than that of the cement slurry test block,and the grouting effect is good.By comparing the state before and after the failure of the grouting body under uniaxial compression,it can be seen that the weak surface of the grouting body is controlled by the original fracture of the broken coal rock,and the failure is mainly along the rock-groat-rock interface during the compression test.
