摘要
由于原油储罐中往往含有大量的H_(2)S、SO_(2)、CO_(2)等腐蚀性气体,在O_(2)的共同作用下易发生电化学腐蚀,对金属罐顶造成电腐蚀穿孔破坏,因此亟需设计研究一种抗腐蚀的复合结构罐顶。本文通过对复合结构中的基体材料、纤维增强材料、3D材料进行对比分析,优选出最佳材料组合,并对复合结构的铺层结构进行设计和分析,得出最优的铺层结构形式,研究设计的复合结构罐顶层合结构具有抗腐蚀,质量轻,保温性能强等优点。所得结论可以为纤维增强复合结构罐顶的设计和选材提供指导.
Because crude oil tanks often contain a large amount of H_(2)S,SO_(2),CO_(2)and other corrosive gases,under the joint action of O_(2),electrochemical corrosion is easy to occur,causing electrical corrosion and perforation damage to the metal tank roof.Therefore,it is urgent to design and study a kind of corrosion resistant composite structure tank roof.Based on the composite structure of the matrix materials,prevent aging resin system,fiber reinforced materials,comparison and analysis on 3 d material,select the best material combination,and the layer structure of composite structure design and comparison,it is concluded that the optimal form of layer structure,the design of composite laminated structure roof structure has corrosion resistance,light quality,heat preservation performance is strong,etc.The conclusion can provide guidance for the design and material selection of the tank roof of fiber reinforced composite structure.
