摘要
文章借用生态学概念,构建数字创业生态系统的理论框架,分析其内涵和要素构成。在系统框架中,数字创业企业处于绝对核心地位,科研院所、高校、数字技术等各类主体和要素对数字创业企业所产生的资源交互是整个系统的核心运行机制,通过利用数字技术增强系统整体功能、提高系统开放程度、促进系统有序强化。因此,大力夯实数字基础、促进数字产业发展、赋能传统产业升级、培育壮大消费群体、营造技术创新氛围、提高数字治理水平,逐步构建起自组织良性运行的数字创业生态系统,促进各主体间协同创新,推动国内数字产业化和产业数字化良性互动。
The current commercial society has entered a new era characterized by digitization.Based on reviewing existing literature and borrowing ecological concepts,a theoretical framework for constructing a digital entrepreneurship ecosystem is constructed,and its connotation and element composition are analyzed.In the system,digital entrepreneurial enterprises are in an absolute core position,and the resource interaction generated by various entities and elements such as research institutes,universities,and digital technology on digital entrepreneurial enterprises is the core operating mechanism of the entire system.By utilizing digital technology to enhance the overall function of the system,improve the openness of the system,and promote the orderly strengthening of the system.Therefore,it is necessary to vigorously consolidate the digital foundation,promote the development of the digital industry,empower the upgrading of traditional industries,cultivate and expand consumer groups,create a technological innovation atmosphere,improve the level of digital governance,gradually build a self organized and healthy digital entrepreneurship ecosystem,promote collaborative innovation among various entities,and promote the positive interaction between domestic digital industrialization and industrial digitization.
