摘要
GE9FB燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组在整体启动过程中,发电机主设备故障率较高,严重影响了机组的安全稳定运行,而汽轮机作为电厂发电机组的核心设备,其安全稳定运行与电厂效益息息相关。本文针对汽轮机振动故障开展了振动检测,获得了故障特征数据,并结合数据分析判断故障原因,最后进行了相关试验及维修验证。结果表明,振动控制方案的振动指标优良,系统的调速精度及各项控制功能均能达到技术指标要求,可供同类机组参考。
During the overall startup process of the GE9FB gas-steam combined cycle power generation unit,the failure rate of the main equipment of the generator is high.It seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the unit.As the core equipment of the power plant,the safe and stable operation of the steam turbine is closely related to the benefits of the power plant.This article conducts vibration detection on steam turbine vibration faults,obtains fault characteristic data,analyzes and judges the cause of the fault based on the data,conducts relevant tests,and performs maintenance verification.The vibration control scheme has excellent vibration indicators,and the speed regulation accuracy and various control functions of the system can meet the technical index requirements,which can be used as a reference for similar units.
