摘要
目的:探讨哺乳期乳汁淤积患者采取乳腺导管探查术联合乳管冲洗治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2021年8月桂林市妇幼保健院收治的哺乳期乳汁淤积患者150例为观察对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各75例。对照组采取传统物理治疗,研究组采取乳腺导管探查术联合乳管冲洗治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、复发率及恶化率、康复指标、泌乳症状评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,复发率、恶化率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组泌乳开始时间、乳房肿块消失时间短于对照组,乳汁排出量大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组患者乳汁淤积、泌乳量、乳房疼痛、乳汁质量、乳房充盈评分均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺导管探查术联合乳管冲洗治疗哺乳期乳汁淤积效果显著,可改善泌乳症状,乳房肿块在短时间内消失,泌乳量明显增加,安全性较高。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of breast duct exploration combined with mammary duct irrigation in the treatment of patients with galactostasis during lactation.Methods:A total of 150 patients with galactostasis during lactation admitted to Guilin Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the observation subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional physiotherapy,and the study group was treated with breast duct exploration combined with mammary duct irrigation.The treatment effect,recurrence rate and deterioration rate,rehabilitation index,and lactation symptom score in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate and deterioration rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time of lactation and disappearance time of breast lumps in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the milk secretion volume in the study group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.001).After treatment,the scores of galactostasis,milk production volume,breast pain,milk quality and breast fullness were increased in both groups,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Breast duct exploration combined with mammary duct irrigation has a significant effect in the treatment of galactostasis during lactation,which can improve lactation symptoms,breast lumps disappear within a short time,milk production volume is significantly increased,and the safety is high.
