摘要
本文介绍了起重机结构对地震波响应的计算原理和方法,重点探讨了反应谱法的特点和计算流程,包括振型分解和振型组合的计算。以1台核电站辅助桥式起重机为例,采用反应谱法进行了地震响应计算,计算结果表明:大车运行机构不需要安装防脱轨定位装置;起重机的横向刚度是薄弱环节,在地震波的作用下,响应幅度值已经超过跨度的1/1000;桥架结构强度满足设计规范要求。以上结果为起重机抗震设计提供了借鉴。
This paper introduces the calculation principle and method of crane structure response to seismic wave,and focuses on the characteristics and calculation process of response spectrum method,including the calculation of vibration mode decomposition and combination.Taking a nuclear power station auxiliary bridge crane as an example,the seismic response is calculated by using the response spectrum method.The calculation results show that the crane does not need to be equipped with anti-derailment device;the transverse stiffness of the crane is the weak link,under the action of seismic wave,the response amplitude has exceeded 1/1000 of the span;the strength of bridge structure meets the requirements of design rules.The above results provide a reference for the seismic design of crane.
