摘要
结合埋地天然气钢质管道全面检验工作,从宏观检查、防腐层状况检验和阴极保护有效性检验等3个方面对埋地天然气钢质管道运行中存在的问题进行总结,巡线范围和频率不符合要求、第三方破坏造成管体或防腐层损伤、阴极保护管理人员专业水平不足等问题是燃气公司在管理中存在的共性问题。结合实际检验案例对常见问题进行原因和危害性分析,建议从安装阶段加强管道防腐层质量,并从运行阶段针对常见问题提出切实有效的改进措施,应当规划好改造维修工程,为管道使用单位等相关单位提供参考,共同提高质量安全,确保管道安全运行。
Combined with the comprehensive inspection of buried natural gas steel pipelines,the problems in the operation of buried natural gas steel pipelines are summarized from three aspects:macro inspection,anti-corrosion layer condition inspection and cathodic protection effectiveness inspection,and the problems such as the scope and frequency of line patrol do not meet the requirements,the damage of the pipe body or anti-corrosion layer caused by third-party destruction,and the insufficient professional level of cathodic protection management personnel are common problems in the management of gas companies.Combined with the actual inspection cases to analyze the causes and hazards of common problems,it is recommended to strengthen the quality of the pipeline anti-corrosion layer from the construction stage,and propose practical and effective improvement measures for the common problems from the operation stage,and the transformation project should be planned to provide reference for the pipeline user units and other relevant units,jointly improve the quality and safety,and ensure the safe operation of the pipeline.
