摘要
龈乳头退缩会引发食物嵌塞、菌斑堆积、根面敏感和影响美观等一系列问题。透明质酸作为一种技术较成熟的软组织充填剂,在修复龈乳头退缩的微创治疗中取得了一定疗效。现结合最新文献,总结透明质酸的制备工艺及特性,从透明质酸在修复龈乳头退缩的临床应用入手,对其使用方式及治疗效果进行重点阐述并展望其发展前景,为透明质酸修复龈乳头退缩的后续研究提供参考。
Loss of gingival papillae height can cause a series of problems such as food impaction,plaque accumulation,root surface sensitivity and aesthetic effects.Hyaluronic acid,as a mature soft tissue filling agent,has achieved a certain effect in the minimally invasive treatment of gingival papillae defects.Based on the latest literature,the preparation and characteristics of hyaluronic acid were summarized,and the clinical application of hyaluronic acid in repairing papillary height loss was discussed,providing references for the subsequent study of repairing papillary height loss with hyaluronic acid.
