摘要
为解决原剑麻绳芯生产企业生产效率低的问题,突破剑麻绳芯的产能瓶颈,本文设计了基于物联网技术的剑麻绳芯生产数据数字化采集终端。本终端节点能在不改变原有设备控制线路的基础上,采集两路电压信号、两路电流信号和两路开关量信号,获取剑麻绳芯生产各工艺环节的实时数据,并存储于4G网络云端数据库。这些信息作为基础数据能为管理人员生产调度、排班排产提供决策依据,提高生产效率和产能。
In order to solve the problem of low production efficiency of the original sisal rope core production enterprise and break through the productivity botdeneck of sisal rope core,a digital data acquisition terminal for sisal rope core production based on the internet of things technology was designed.This terminal node can collect two voltage signals,two current signals and two switching value signals on the basis of not changing the control circuit of the original equipment,obtain the real-time data of each process link of sisal rope core production,and storedin the 4G network cloud database.These information,as basic data,can provide decision—making basis for production scheduling and scheduling of managers,and improve production efficiency and productivity.
