摘要
帕金森病是一种中枢神经系统疾病,患者表现出静止性震颤、运动迟缓、肌强直和姿势步态障碍,同时患者可伴有抑郁、便秘等非运动症状。帕金森病多发于60岁以上的老年人。目前西医利用口服药物来进行相关治疗,但长期服药疗效下降,不良反应明显。中医针刺作为中医特色疗法,治疗帕金森病不良反应小,疗效显著。安徽中医药大学附属医院针灸科朱庆军主任医师运用“倒马针法”治疗帕金森病取得了较好疗效。文章通过案例分享朱庆军主任“倒马针法”治疗帕金森病的经验,以期为现代临床防治帕金森病开拓新思路。
Parkinson disease(PD)is a disease caused by the degeneration of the central nervous system.The patient exhibits static tremor,bradykinesia,myotonia and postural gait disorders,and it may be accompanied by non-motor symptoms such as depression and constipation.PD is more common in older people over 60 years old.At present,Western medicine mostly uses oral drugs to carry out relevant treatment,but once the oral drug treatment course is too long,the treatment effect will decline,and the adverse reactions are obvious.Modern TCM has also made progress in the prevention and treatment of Parkinson’s disease.ZHU Qingjun,a chief physician of the Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,has achieved good curative results by the Daoma needle(倒马针法)to treat Parkinson’s disease.This article shares the experience of Director ZHU Qingjun’s in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease by the Daoma needle through cases,in order to provide new ideas for the modern clinical prevention and treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
