摘要
碳达峰、碳中和事关人类生存,智能制造已上升为国家战略,绿色低碳智能化发展道路是我国钢铁工业高质量发展的必然选择。本文系统介绍了国内外钢铁行业低碳绿色发展现状、智能制造发展现状,剖析了主要钢铁企业的减碳目标和减碳路径及智能制造的执行理念和解决方案,重点介绍了业内引领示范单位——河钢集团在绿色化智能化发展方面的典范技术路线及重点技术。在此基础上,展望了钢铁工业绿色化智能化发展趋势,指出了一些具有推广应用和研究价值的前沿技术。热压铁焦、熔剂性球团制备及高炉高比例球团冶炼、氢冶金、连铸坯热送热装等技术降碳效果显著,具有很好的推广应用空间;智能制造技术有效促进了现代钢铁工业进步,世界主要钢铁企业均制定了自己的智能制造发展规划;大数据技术、专家操作系统、过程智能控制、智能调度等智能技术可有效提升生产过程控制水平,提高生产效率,提升产品质量。
Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality are related to human survival,intelligent manufacturing has been elevated to a national strategy,and the green,low-carbon intelligent development path is an inevitable choice for the high-quality development of China's steel industry.This paper systematically introduces the status quo of low-carbon green development and intelligent manufacturing development of the steel industry at home and abroad,analyzes the carbon reduction goals and carbon reduction paths of major steel enterprises and the implementation concepts and solutions of intelligent manufacturing,and focuses on the model technical routes and key technologies of HBIS Group,a leading demonstration unit in the industry,to contribute to the green and intelligent development.On this basis,the development trend of green and intelligent steel industry is prospected,and some cutting-edge technologies with promotion application and research value are pointed out.Hot-pressed iron coke,flux pellet preparation,blast furnace high-proportion pellet smelting,hydrogen metallurgy,continuous casting billet heat transfer and other technologies have remarkable carbon reduction effects and have good promotion and application space.Intelligent manufacturing technology has effectively promoted the progress of modern steel industry,and the world's major steel enterprises have formulated their own intelligent manufacturing development plans;big data technology,expert operating system,process intelligent control,intelligent scheduling and other intelligent technologies can effectively improve the level of production process control,improve production efficiency,and improve product quality.
