摘要
烧结环冷机的废气治理困难,绝大数处于无组织排放状态,是钢铁生产的主要污染源之一,无法满足国家对A类钢铁企业超低排放的要求。本文对715 m^(2)烧结环冷机零排放系统组成和工艺流程进行了介绍,对其中的关键设备参数进行了分析,通过选择合理的介质温度、介质流量、风机全压、风机电机,将环冷机的所有废气由无组织排放变为循环利用,实现了零排放,消除对环境的污染,为烧结环冷机的废气治理提供有益参考。
The exhaust gas treatment of sintering ring cooler is difficult,most of them are in a state of fugitive emissions,which is one of the main sources of pollution in steel production and cannot meet the national requirements for ultra-low emissions of Class A steel enterprises.This paper introduces the composition and process flow of the zero emission system of 715 m^(2)sintered ring cooler,analyzes the key equipment parameters,and selects all the exhaust gas of the ring cooler from fugitive emission to recycling by selecting reasonable medium temperature,medium flow,fan full pressure and fan motor,so as to achieve zero emission,eliminate environmental pollution,and provide a useful reference for the waste gas treatment of sintered ring cooler.
