摘要
目的探讨围术期综合护理在甲状腺功能亢进患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至12月我院收治的80例甲状腺功能亢进患者,依据入院编号奇偶性将其分为参照组和试验组,各40例。参照组实施常规围术期护理,试验组实施围术期综合护理。比较两组的心理状态、疼痛程度、生活质量及炎症指标。结果护理后1周,试验组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组术后24 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后1周,试验组简明健康状况量表(SF-36)各维度评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。术后3 d,试验组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期综合护理用于甲状腺功能亢进患者中可改善心理状态,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 80 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into reference group and experimental group according to the admission number parity,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received routine perioperative nursing,while the experimental group received perioperative comprehensive nursing.The psychological status,pain degree,quality of life and inflammation indexes of the two groups were compared.Results One week after nursing,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the experimental group at 24 h after operation was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).One week after nursing,the scores of each dimension of 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).At 3 d after operation,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing applied in patients with hyperthyroidism can ameliorate psychological status,and improve quality of life.
