摘要
目的探究智能信息化多学科平台护理在急性心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2019年2月至2022年2月在我院接受治疗的164例急性心力衰竭患者,按照护理方法不同将其分为常规组(79例,常规护理)和观察组(85例,智能信息化多学科平台护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期容积(LEDV)、左室收缩末期容积(LESV)优于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间短于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于常规组,并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论将智能信息化多学科平台护理应用于急性心力衰竭患者护理中可有效改善其心功能及心理状态,提高生活质量及护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of intelligent informatization multidisciplinary platform nursing in patients with acute heart failure.Methods A total of 164 patients with acute heart failure treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into conventional group(79 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(85 cases,intelligent informatization multidisciplinary platform nursing)according to different nursing methods.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LEDV)and left ventricular end-systolic volume(LESV)in the observation group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);after nursing,the score of 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intelligent informatization multidisciplinary platform nursing applied in patients with acute heart failure can effectively ameliorate the cardiac function and psychological state,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
