摘要
当前我国区域慢病管理信息系统建设具有一定的基础,但存在不同医疗机构间个人健康数据不能整合、信息共享程度低,不能很好地支撑慢病管理等问题。区域慢病管理信息平台的设计思路是充分利用全民健康信息平台,以居民全生命周期健康档案为基础,利用技术手段汇集不同机构的慢病数据,形成区域内覆盖全生命周期的慢病健康档案大数据。为各级各类用户提供基于大数据的个案管理、高危筛查、风险评估、精准健康管理、预后跟踪、效果评价、慢病监测分析以及公众服务等一整套慢病业务管理与服务,进一步提升慢病管理的服务效能,为促进慢病管理向规范化、精细化、智能化发展提供技术支撑。
At present,a certain foundation has been established in the construction of the regional noncommunicable diseases(NCDs)management information system in China.However,there are still some problems,such as individual health data cannot be integrated,information sharing is limited among different medical institutions and NCDs management cannot be well supported.Therefore,the management of NCDs cannot be well supported.The design concept of the regional NCDs management information platform is to make full use of the national health information platform and collect NCDs data from different institutions by technical means on the basis of the residents'whole life-cycle health records,so as to form the big data of NCDs health records covering the whole life cycle within the region.The platform can provide users of all levels and categories with a complete set of NCDs management and services based on big data,such as case management,high-risk screening,risk assessment,precise health management,prognosis tracking,effect evaluation,NCDs monitoring and analysis,and public services.The platform can further improve the service efficiency of NCDS management,and provide technical support for standardized,refined and intelligent development of it.
