摘要
做强教师教育必先做优“育师之师”。当前教师教育师资普遍缺少基础教育一线教学的工作体验和实践经历,缺乏师范教学的实践智慧,其专业身份难以获得认同。高校教师教育“全能型”教师兼具学科理论素养和师范教学智慧,具备学术研究性、教学专业性和实践指导性“三位一体”的价值内涵,是弥合教师教育者研究者、教育者、指导者“三重身份”的理性选择。要让三种角色特征内化于教师教育“全能型”教师,培育生成教师教育者的“全能”价值,必须建构起学术知识向教学知识的联结转化、学术知识向教学知识的内在转化、实践知识向教学知识的表出转化、实践知识向教学知识的共享转化的“四向转化”机制,最终以教师教育学科融合发展、创新专业能力联合培养模式、建立健全职业发展激励机制、深化教师教育教师评价改革、打造教师教育数字应用环境等“五维协同”,合力并举推动教师教育全能转型。
To strengthen the teacher education,we must first do a good job of the teachers of teacher education.At present,teachers of teacher education generally lack the work experience and practical experience of basic education and front-line teaching,lack the practical wisdom of normal teaching,and their professional identity is difficult to be recognized.The all-around teachers of teacher education in colleges and universities have both academic theoretical literacy and pedagogical wisdom,and have the value connotation of trinity of academic research,teaching professionalism and practice guidance,which is a rational choice to bridge the triple identity of teacher educators'researchers,educators and instructors.In order to internalize the three kinds of role characteristics into the all-around teacher of teacher education and cultivate the all-around value of teacher educators,we must build a four-way transformation mechanism of the connection and transformation of academic knowledge to teaching knowledge,the internal transformation of academic knowledge to teaching knowledge,the apparent transformation of practical knowledge to teaching knowledge,and the sharing and transformation of practical knowledge to teaching knowledge,and finally integrate the development of teacher education disciplines,innovate the joint training mode of professional ability,establish and improve the incentive mechanism for professional development,deepen the reform of teacher evaluation of teacher education,create a digital application environment for teacher education,and other five dimensional synergy,and work together to promote the all-around transformation of teacher education.
