摘要
小分子有机荧光材料由于具有种类众多、结构可调、荧光量子效率高、选择性好和光谱可调节等优点,被广泛应用在环境监测、医学成像等领域。对环境中重金属离子的检测具有高选择性、高灵敏性和良好的稳定性等优势,成为了常用的重金属离子检测方法之一。综述了近年来有机小分子荧光材料应用于环境中汞、铅、铁等金属离子检测的研究进展,介绍了多种荧光探针的合成、反应现象、传感机制、检测能力及实际应用等,并对其发展趋势及应用进行了展望。
Small molecule organic fluorescent materials are widely used in environmental monitoring,medical imaging and other fields due to their advantages such as numerous types,adjustable structures,high fluorescence quantum efficiency,good selectivity,and adjustable spectrum.The detection of heavy metal ions in the environment has the advantages of high selectivity,high sensitivity and good stability,and has become one of the commonly used methods for heavy metal ion detection.This article reviewed the recent research progress in the application of organic small-molecule fluorescent materials for the detection of heavy metal ions such as iron,mercury and lead in environments,introduced the synthesis,reaction phenomena,sensing mechanism,detection ability and practical application of various fluorescent probes,and prospected its application and development trend.
