摘要
聚酰胺(PA)材料强度高,耐磨性好,主要应用于机械、化工、医疗等工业中制造零件以及用于军用织物。但如今单一的聚酰胺产品不足以满足产业发展的需求,需要赋予聚酰胺特殊的功能。聚酰胺纤维的功能化有助于提升纤维产品的价值以及在产业化方面的应用,以聚酰胺纤维改性的基础理论为出发点,重点讨论了近年来无机抗菌剂、有机抗菌剂、天然抗菌剂等改性聚酰胺(PA)纤维的研究现状,并对抗菌功能性聚酰胺纤维未来的研究重点和发展进行了展望。
Polyamide(PA)material has high strength and good wear resistance,and is mainly used in the manufacture of parts in machinery,chemical,medical and other industries as well as for military fabrics.But today,a single polyamide product is not enough to meet the needs of industrial development,and it is necessary to give polyamide special functions.The functionalization of polyamide fiber helps to enhance the value of fiber products and its application in industrialization.Starting from the basic theory of polyamide fiber modification,the current research status of modified polyamide(PA)fibers with inorganic antibacterial agents,organic antibacterial agents,and natural antibacterial agents was mainly reviewed,and the future research focus and development of antibacterial functional polyamide fibers were prospected.
