摘要
两岸命运共同体的建构具备坚实的民族、文化、历史基础。两岸民众同属于中华民族,中华文化成为两岸共同的文化底色,同时两岸共同经历了中华民族的衰弱时期。目前两岸命运共同体处于形成过程中,且这一过程可能延续至两岸统一后。两岸命运共同体最终将达至一种理想状态,即共同体内部深度融合、高度团结,形成共有的文化价值观念,共同体成员均对中华民族产生强烈的归属感,共同体能够应对外部的风险与挑战。两岸命运共同体的构建需要重建台湾地区民众对于中华民族的历史记忆,践行共同体理念,形成共同体相关的话语体系,将中华民族的伟大复兴作为两岸共同的奋斗目标,处理好共同体内部的共同性与差异性。构建两岸命运共同体,将使台湾地区拥有更加光明的发展前景,两岸也得以共同参与到中华民族伟大复兴的历史进程中。
The construction of a community with a shared future across the Taiwan Strait has a solid national,cultural,and historical foundation.People on both sides of the Taiwan Strait belong to Chinese nation,and Chinese culture has become the common cultural foundation for both sides.At the same time,both sides have experienced the decline of Chinese nation.At present,a community with a shared future between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait is in the process of formation,and this process may continue until the reunification of the two sides.The community with a shared future between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait will ultimately reach an ideal state of deep integration and high unity within the community.Shared cultural values will be formed within the community,and members of the community will have a strong sense of belonging to Chinese nation.The community can cope with external risks and challenges.The construction of a community with a shared future across the Taiwan Strait requires rebuilding the historical memory of China Taiwan residents towards Chinese nation,practicing the concept of community,forming a discourse system related to the community,making the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation a common goal for both sides of the Taiwan Strait,and handling the commonalities and differences within the community well.Building a community with a shared future across the Taiwan Strait will provide Taiwan,China with a brighter development prospect.Both sides will be able to jointly participate in the historical process of the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
