摘要
针对某型发动机压气机前支点轴承在润滑油中断试验时的故障问题,对失效轴承进行宏观、微观检查和金相组织检查,确定轴承的失效为高温磨损失效,主要是由于轴承断油过程中摩擦生热量过高。对轴承进行摩擦生热机制分析,得出在载荷和转速一定时,轴承的摩擦生热与轴承的沟曲率半径、兜孔间隙及引导间隙等参数有关。采用正交试验分析轴承结构参数对轴承生热量的影响,得出增大轴承的内沟半径、引导间隙,可提高轴承的抗断油能力。改进设计的轴承顺利地通过了发动机润滑油中断试验。
In view of the failure of the bearing mounted in front of an aero engine compressor during the lubricating oil interruption test,the macroscopic and microscopic inspection and metallographic examination of the failed bearing were carried out.It was determined that the failure of bearing was high-temperature wear failure,which was mainly due to the high heat generated by friction in the process of bearing oil interruption.The friction heat generation mechanism of the bearing was analyzed.It was concluded that the friction heat generation of the bearing was related to the groove radius of curvature,pocket clearance and guide clearance of the bearing when the load and speed were constant.Orthogonal design method was used to analyze the influence of bearing structural parameters on bearing heat generation.It was concluded that increasing the inner groove radius and guide clearance of the bearing could improve the anti-oil interruption capacity of the bearing.The improved bearing successfully passed the engine lubricating oil interruption test.
