摘要
碳普惠是降低生活消费侧碳减排的有效抓手,通过数字化平台技术构建市场化机制激励,将生活消费端衣、食、住、行、用等方面的低碳行为量化,从而实现对生活端碳减排的管理。本文立足北京实际,介绍了碳普惠体系工作建设情况,深入分析碳普惠工作面临的困难,对未来工作开展提出了建议。
Inclusive Decarbonization Mechanism(IDM)is an effective way to reduce the carbon emission reduction at the end of life consumption.Through the digital platform technology,a market-oriented mechanism has been built to stimulate the quantification of low-carbon behaviors in the aspects of clothing,food,housing,transportation and use at the end of life consumption,so as to realize the management of carbon emission reduction at the end of life.Based on the actual situation in Beijing,this paper introduces the construction of the carbon inclusive system,analyzes the difficulties faced by the carbon inclusive work,and gives suggestions for the future work.
