摘要
本文首先介绍了既有砖混结构建筑物的抗震鉴定方法,分两级进行鉴定。然后以某城市的砖混结构教学楼建筑为研究对象,利用两级抗震鉴定方法对该建筑物进行鉴定,发现不满足规定中的要求。基于此,需要采用抗震加固技术对教学楼建筑进行处理,采用的措施主要是利用钢筋网水泥砂浆面层加固墙体、增加设置钢筋混凝土构筑柱、对木架进行加固等。对加固后的墙体承载能力进行验算,发现达到了很好的效果,砖混结构抗震等级明显提升。
This paper first introduces the seismic identification method of the existing brick and concrete structure buildings,divided into two levels.Then,taking the brick and concrete structure teaching building of a city as the research object,the two-stage seismic identification method was used to identify the building,and found that it did not meet the requirements in the provisions.Based on this,it is necessary to use seismic reinforcement technology to treat the teaching building,and the measures used are mainly to use steel mesh cement mortar surface layer to reinforce the wall,increase the setting of reinforced concrete construction column,and reinforce the wooden frame.The bearing capacity of the reinforced wall was checked,and it was found that a good effect was achieved,and the seismic grade of the brick and concrete structure was significantly improved.
