穿越岩浆岩高压富水断层带隧道工程预注浆设计方案分析

摘要 各种不良地质条件中,断层带涌水是隧道施工中常见的主要地质灾害之一,尤其是在高压涌水下的隧道开挖,施工安全问题尤为突出。粤东某高速公路隧道施工中,掌子面超前地质钻孔探得高压涌水,涌水量3.36万m^(3)/d,最大水压4.8MPa。为确保高压富水断层带隧道的施工安全,通过分析对比三种设计方案,选择出最优方案。采用全断面前进式帷幕预注浆方案,成功穿越该断层。现场开挖结果表明:浆液填充充分饱满,对围岩起到固结、锁嵌的效果,使其整体性及强度得到加强,效果良好。 In various unfavorable geological conditions,water inrush from fault zone has been a common geological hazard in tunnel construction.Especially in tunnel excavation under high-pressure water inrush,the construction safety problem is particularly prominent.During the construction of an expressway tunnel in eastern Guangdong,high pressure water gushing has been detected by advanced borehole at the tunnel heading face,with the water gushing volume of 33,600 m^(3)/d and the maximum water pressure of 4.8 MPa.In order to ensure the construction safety of the tunnel in the high pressure and water rich fault zone,the optimal scheme has been selected by analyzing and comparing three design schemes.The whole section advance curtain pre-grouting scheme has been adopted to successfully cross the fault.The field excavation results have shown that the slurry is fully filled,which can consolidate and lock the surrounding rock,and strengthen its integrity and strength effectively.
