摘要 免烧砖在现代土木工程中扮演着不可或缺的角色,它具有不同于其他墙砖的鲜明特征,能够取代烧结砖,应用前景广阔。免烧砖的制备主要包括原材料选择、成型、养护和检测4个步骤。免烧砖的原料分为工业固体废弃物、城市建筑废弃物、尾矿渣、钻采工艺固体废弃物以及其他可资源化利用的固体废弃物。免烧砖的成型方式可分为半干法压制成型和塑性挤出成型,它宜采用蒸压养护,初期养护温度不宜过高,中后期可以适当提高温度。分析结果表明,免烧砖的强度主要来源于具有胶凝作用的水化产物。目前,免烧砖还存在诸多问题,抗折强度与抗压强度不高,软化系数不理想,生产过程产生污染排放。因此,要优选原料,优化颗粒级配,合理采用成型方式,改变模具结构,回收有害物质,增强免烧砖的综合性能。 Unbumed bricks play an indispensable role in modem civil engineering,with distinct characteristics that are different from other wall bricks,which can replace sintered bricks and have broad application prospects.The preparation of unbumed bricks mainly includes four steps:raw material selection,molding,curing and testing.The raw materials for unbumed bricks are divided into industrial solid waste,urban construction waste,tailings,drilling and mining process solid waste,and other solid waste that can be recycled.The forming methods of unbumed bricks can be divided into semi dry pressing forming and plastic extrusion forming,it is recommended to use steam pressure curing,and the initial curing temperature should not be too high,in the middle and later stages,the temperature can be appropriately increased.The analysis results indicate that the strength of unburned bricks mainly comes from hydration products with cementitious properties.At present,there are still many problems with unbumed bricks,such as low flexural and compressive strength,unsatisfactory softening coefficient,and pollution emissions during the production process.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize raw materials,optimize particle grading,adopt reasonable molding methods,change mold structure,recover harmful substances,and enhance the comprehensive performance of unbumed bricks.
