摘要
围绝经期综合征是妇科常见疾病,目前主要以药物治疗为主,但不良反应多,而中医非药物疗法安全绿色、简便有效,可兼容性,具有疏通经络,祛瘀行滞,调畅气血等作用,能够有效改善患者症状,提高生活质量,降低复发率,逐渐成为治疗本病的研究热点。现将近年来针灸、刺络拔罐、刮痧、运动疗法、五行音乐疗法、推拿等非药物疗法在治疗围绝经期综合征的应用进行梳理,以期为临床治疗提供参考。
Perimenopausal syndrome is a common gynecological disease,mainly treated by medication currently,but with many adverse reactions.Whereas non-drug therapy of traditional Chinese medicine is safe,environmental-friendly,simple,effective and compatible,with its actions of dredging meridians,removing blood stasis and stagnation,regulating Qi and blood,which can effectively improve symptoms and life quality of the patients,reduce recurrence rate,and gradually become a research hotspot in treatment of perimenopausal syndrome.Now in recent years,this study sorted out acupuncture,bloodletting puncture combined with cupping,guasha,exercise therapy,five elements music therapy,massage and other non-drug therapies for perimenopausal syndrome,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment of the disease.
