ZnO改性水泥复合材料的制备及光催化降解苯酚性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 ZnO广泛应用于净化空气、污水处理、降解有机污染物等领域,同时存在悬浮液中难回收的缺点。本文以水泥作为载体,以硝酸锌为前驱体,采用等体积浸渍法制备ZnO复合水泥材料,探讨了水泥基负载光催化剂的负载方法、负载量、焙烧温度、反应光源等对光催化降解苯酚活性的影响。物相表征表明,ZnO复合水泥中ZnO分布均匀、无团聚现象且无明显ZnO晶相存在,复合后的水泥块表面增加了孔洞,提高了水泥对苯酚的吸附降解性能。反应活性结果表明,当苯酚溶液初始浓度为10 mg/L,纯水泥对苯酚溶液几乎无吸附活性。ZnO最佳负载量为浸渍3次,测得进入水泥的Zn^(2+)含量为0.80%;在太阳光下,ZnO复合水泥(500℃,2 h)降解苯酚溶液活性可达100%。其液体紫外数据与活性数据一致。 As a new semiconductor functional material,ZnO is widely used in the fields of air purification,sewage treatment and degradation of organic pollutants,but it is difficult to recover in suspension.In the paper,ZnO composite cement materials were prepared by equal volume impregnation with cement as carrier and zinc nitrate as precursor.The effects of loading method,loading amount,calcination temperature and reaction light source of cement-based photocatalyst on the photocatalytic degradation of phenol were discussed.Phase characterization shows that ZnO in ZnO Composite Cement is evenly distributed,without agglomeration and obvious ZnO crystal phase.Holes are added on the surface of the composite cement block,which improves the adsorption and degradation performance of cement.The results of reaction activity show that when the initial concentration of phenol solution is 10mg/L,pure cement has almost no adsorption activity to phenol solution.The optimum loading amount of ZnO is impregnation for 3 times,and the content of Zn^(2+)entering the cement is 0.80%;Under sunlight,the activity of ZnO composite cement(500℃,2h)to degrade phenol solution can reach 100%.The liquid UV data are consistent with the activity data.
