“互联网+”背景下有机农产品运营模式创新

Innovation of operation mode of organic agricultural products in the context of“Internet+”

摘要 基于文献分析法分析中国有机农产品行业的发展现状,并在此基础上阐述有机农产品线上销售模式的创新之处,对团购、线上与线下社群经营模式的价值研判和商业服务系统做详细梳理。在与传统有机农产品VCC模型对比的基础上,提出新运营模式(VCC模型+网络平台),运营模式能降低营运成本、发挥社群传播作用、强化消费者对产品的信心、提升友善耕作环境正向影响力。 Based on the literature analysis method,the development status of China’s organic agricultural products industry was ana⁃lyzed,and on this basis,the innovation of the online sales model of organic agricultural products was expounded,and the value re⁃search and judgment and business service system of group purchase,online and offline community business models was combed in de⁃tail.Based on the comparison with the traditional organic agricultural product VCC model,a new operation mode(VCC model+net⁃work platform)was proposed.The operation mode could reduce the operation cost,play the role of community communication,strengthen consumer confidence in products,and enhance the positive influence of friendly farming environment.
