聚乙烯醇/六方氮化硼杂化气凝胶的制备及其对甲基蓝的吸附综合实验设计与教学实践

摘要 基于教师的科研课题,设计的功能材料创新综合实验以聚乙烯醇(PVA)和六方氮化硼(hBN)为原材料,利用普通教学实验室的集热式磁力搅拌器、超声分散仪、真空冷冻干燥机、红外光谱仪、紫外可见分光光度计和X射线衍射仪等仪器设备,通过溶胶-凝胶-真空冷冻干燥法制备PVA/hBN杂化气凝胶,测试表征其结构与性能,并用于甲基蓝废水的吸附。设计的综合实验具有创新性和可操作性,一方面解决了因有机染料废水引起的社会和环境问题,另一方面为社会需求导向的应用型课程资源开发与教学实践提供了良好的素材。学生通过该综合实验,巩固了《功能材料》的基本原理和制备方法,拓展了功能材料的实际应用,提升了学生分析和解决实际工程问题的综合实践能力,掌握了系统科学的研究方法。在材料类专业中开设此综合实验具有重要的理论和实际工程意义。 Based on Teachers'scientific research projects,the designed innovative comprehensive experiment of functional materials uses polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and hexagonal boron nitride(hBN)as raw materials,and the magnetic stirrer,ultrasonic disperser,vacuum freeze dryer,infrared spectrometer,UV-Vis spectrophotometer and X-ray diffractometer were used to studied the structure and performance of PVA/hBN hybrid aerogel prepared through sol-gel-vacuum freeze-drying method,and it was used for the adsorption of methyl blue wastewater.The designed comprehensive experiment is innovative and operable.On the one hand,it solves the social and environmental problems caused by organic dye wastewater,and on the other hand,it provides a good material for the development of social demand-oriented applied curriculum resources and teaching practice.Through this comprehensive experiment,students have consolidated the basic principles and preparation methods of Functional Materials,expanded the practical application of functional materials,improved their comprehensive practical ability to analyze and solve practical engineering problems,and mastered systematic scientific research methods.It is of great theoretical and practical engineering significance to set up this comprehensive experiment in materials majors.
