摘要 目的 分析2016-2020年度安阳市流感样病例病原学构成情况,掌握安阳市流行性感冒(流感)流行特征。方法 对安阳市人民医院送检的流感样病例咽拭子标本进行实时荧光定量PCR检测。结果 共检测标本3 904份,流感病毒阳性723份,阳性率18.52%。2018年1月阳性率最高(64.44%),以甲型流感病毒(新甲型H1N1占36.79%,季节性H3N2占39.42%)为主,乙型流感病毒较少(Victoria系占9.27%,Yamagata系占14.52%);2020年1月24日新型冠状病毒感染疫情防控后,流感病毒阳性率为0.88%,管控前后阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);5~14岁年龄组阳性率最高(28.95%),各年龄组流感病毒核酸阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2016-2020年度安阳市流感流行特征季节性较明显高峰出现在冬季,不同型别病毒交替流行,青少年是流感防控的重点人群,应加大健康教育宣传力度,加强流感疫苗接种工作。 Objective To analyze the pathogen composition of influenza-like cases in Anyang from 2016-2020,and grasp the epidemic characteristics of influenza.Methods Throat swabs of influenza-like cases sent by Anyang People's Hospital were tested by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results A total of 3904 samples were tested,and 723 of them were positive,with the positive rate of 18.52%.The positive rate was the highest(64.44%)in January 2018,and main pathogen was influenza A virus(new influenza A H1N1 accounted for 36.79%;seasonal H3N2 accounted for 39.42%).Influenza B virus was less common(Victoria strain accounted for 9.27%;Yamagata strain accounted for 14.52%).After the control of novel coronavirus pneumonia on January 24,2020,the positive rate of influenza virus was 0.88%.There was significant difference in the positive rate before and after the control(P<0.05).The positive rate among 5-14 years old age group was the highest(28.95%),and there was significant difference in the positive rate of influenza nucleic acid among dfferent age groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The seasonal epidemic characteristics of influenza in Anyang from 2016 to 2020 was obvious,and peak occurred in winter.Different types of viruses were prevalent alternately,and teenagers were the key population for influenza prevention and control.Health education and publicity and influenza vaccination should be strengthened.
