摘要
目的 了解洛阳市肉鸡养殖和屠宰加工环节沙门氏菌的污染水平及耐药状况,为防控沙门氏菌污染及加强抗生素的合理使用提供技术依据。方法 2020年和2021年选择洛阳市2家肉鸡养殖场和对应的屠宰场为采样点,采集肉鸡样品、环境样品及工人样品共计242份,对样品中的沙门氏菌进行分离和鉴定,采用微量肉汤稀释法对分离株进行药敏试验。结果 242份样品中有45份检出沙门氏菌,平均检出率为18.6%,养殖环节活鸡样品、环境样品及工人样品沙门氏菌检出率分别为21.3%、17.5%和3.0%,屠宰环节鸡酮体样品、环境样品及工人样品沙门氏菌检出率分别为44.0%、53.9%和2.0%。分离株呈多种耐药谱型,其中耐10种及以上药物的菌株占比高达86.4%,7类12种药物的耐药率超过75.0%,所有菌株对亚胺培南和美罗培南敏感。结论 洛阳市肉鸡屠宰和加工环节沙门氏菌污染较为严重,分离株存在着严重的多重耐药问题,需加强关注。
Objective To investigate the contamination level and drug resistance status of salmonella in broiler breeding and slaughter and processing in Luoyang,and provide technical basis for prevention and control of salmonella contamination and strengthening the rational use of antibiotics.Methods Two broiler farms and corresponding slaughterhouses in Luoyang were selected as sampling sites in 2020 and 2021,and a total of 242 broiler samples,environmental samples and worker samples were collected to isolate and identify Salmonella in the samples,and drug sensitivity tests were performed on the isolates by micro-broth dilution method.Results Salmonella was detected in 45 out of 242 samples with an average detection rate of 18.6%.Salmonella was detected in 21.3%,17.5%and 3.0%of live chicken samples,environmental samples and worker samples in the breeding process,and 44.0%,53.9%and 2.0%of chicken ketone samples,environmental samples and worker samples in the slaughtering process,respectively.The isolated strains showed multiple drug resistance profiles,and the percentage of strains resistant to 10 or more drugs was as high as 86.4%,and the rate of resistance to 7 categories and 12 drugs was more than 75.0%.All strains were sensitive to imipenem and meropenem.Conclusions Salmonella contamination in broiler slaughtering and processing in Luoyang city is more serious,and the isolates have serious multi-drug resistance,which needs to be paid high attention.
