摘要
分析了防喷器零件加工中倒角加工的相关问题,按照影响倒角加工的2个加工面的加工余量、倒角的水平角度、原有倒角类型和尺寸,分别创建了数学模型,结合实际生产进行了简要的分析和计算,结果表明,倒角加工时,倒角的大小仅与加工面的余量有关系,与倒角的角度并无直接关系,同时,倒角的范围取决于加工面余量的最小值,最终建立了倒角范围与加工余量和倒角角度的函数关系。
This paper analyzes the related problems of chamfering in blowout preventer parts machining process.According to the machining allowance of the two machining surfaces that affect the chamfering,the horizontal angle of the chamfer,the original type and size of the chamfer,a mathematical model is created respectively.Combined with the actual production,analysis and calculation are carried out.The results show that when chamfering,the size of the chamfer is only related to the allowance of the machined surface and has no direct relationship with the angle of the chamfer.At the same time,the range of the chamfer depends on the minimum machining surface allowance.Finally,the functional relationship between the chamfering range,machining allowance and chamfering angle is established.
