摘要
目的调查放疗后鼻咽癌患者人群EB病毒相关抗体VCA-IgA或NA1-IgA的变化趋势。方法114例放疗后鼻咽癌患者,回顾性调查分析其EB病毒相关抗体VCA-IgA或NA1-IgA的变化趋势,并与健康体检人群56877人进行比较,分析鼻咽癌患者放疗后不同时期的EB病毒相关抗体变化特征及其演变趋势。结果结果显示,放疗后鼻咽癌患者EB病毒相关抗体VCA-IgA阳性率48.25%,NA1-IgA阳性率25.42%;健康对照组人群VCA-IgA阳性率5.74%,NA1-IgA阳性率2.45%,组间差异具有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01)。鼻咽癌患者治疗后5年内阳性率最高,20年以上者阳性率最低,统计学意义不显著(P>0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者放疗后EB病毒相关抗体阳性率仍明显高于健康人群,需要加强监测。
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes in the levels of EBV-associated antibodies after radiotherapy among patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods Included in this retrospective study were 114 patients with NPC received radiotherapy,with their dynamic changes in the levels of EBV-associated antibodies determined periodically after radiotherapy,mainly being VCA-IgA or NA1-IgA.Then,another 56877 healthy people were taken as controls.Thereafter,a comparative analysis was made to evaluate the characteristics of the changes in the levels of EBV-associated antibodies and their developing tendency following radiotherapy during different periods following the end of radiotherapy.Results It was shown in this study that the positive rate of EBV-associated antibody VCA-IgA was 48.25%and that of NA1-IgA was 25.42%among these NPC cases after radiotherapy,while these two indicators were 5.74%and 2.45%among people in control group respectively,with significantly statistical significance in the differences between the two groups(P<0.01).The positive rate was shown the highest during the first 5 years following treatment,while the lowest shown during the period more than 20 years after radiotherapy(P>0.05).Conclusions The positive rate of EBV-associated antibodies can be remained at a very higher level of status among cases with NPC after radiotherapy,when compared with healthy people.Therefore,it is worthy to pay attention to them to closely monitor the developing tendency in their illness.
