经营模式对杉木林土壤微生物组成和多样性的影响 被引量:4

Effect of management pattern on soil microbial composition and diversity in Chinese fir forest

摘要 以福建三明福建农林大学莘口教学林场杉木林为研究对象,采用高通量测序方法探究不同经营模式(近自然经营、常规经营、封育经营)对杉木林土壤微生物组成和多样性的影响,分析土壤微生物的组成和多样性与其理化性质的关系.结果表明,不同经营模式下土壤共有的优势细菌类群主要为酸杆菌门、放线菌门和变形菌门,其中,变形菌门的相对丰度以近自然经营模式最高,为22.54%;共有的优势真菌类群主要为子囊菌门和担子菌门,其中,子囊菌门的相对丰度以近自然经营模式最高,为68.60%.与常规经营和封育经营模式相比,近自然经营显著提高了土壤细菌的Shannon多样性指数和真菌的Ace指数.表明近自然经营能显著提高杉木林土壤微生物群落的多样性和丰富度,改善土壤的肥力状况. The effect of management patterns(close-to-nature management,conventional management and enclosure management)on soil microbial community structure and diversity and their relationship with soil physicochemical properties were explored in Chinese fir forest in Xinkou Experimental Forest Farm of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University by high-throughput technology and redundancy analysis.The results showed that the dominant bacterial groups under different management patterns were mainly Acidobacteria,Actinobacteria and Proteobacteria,among which Proteobacteria had the highest relative abundance(22.54%)under close-to-nature management.And the common dominant fungal groups were mainly Ascomycota and Basidiomycota,and Ascomycota had the highest relative abundance(68.60%)under close-to-nature management.Compared with conventional management and enclosure management,close-to-nature management resulted in significantly increased Shannon diversity index of soil bacteria and Ace index of soil fungi.To summarize,close-to-nature management can significantly increase the diversity and richness of soil microbial communities and improve the soil fertility of Chinese fir forests.
