摘要
将2021年9月至2022年4月在广州医科大学附属第一医院急诊科轮转实习的78名护生按轮科奇偶月份分为对照组和实验组,分别采用传统教学法和叙事教育法进行人文关怀能力的培训。比较两组护生培训前后人文关怀能力、考核成绩、护患沟通能力、职业精神态度,以探讨疫情防控常态化下叙事教育在急诊实习护生人文关怀能力培养中的应用效果。
According to the odd and even months of rotation in the emergency department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from September 2021 to April 2022,78 nursing students were divided into the control group and the experimental group,and the traditional teaching method and narrative education method were used to train the humanistic care ability.Compare the humanistic care ability,examination results,nurse-patient communication ability and professional attitude of the two groups of nursing students before and after the training to explore the application effect of narrative education in the cultivation of humanistic care ability of emergency treatment practice nursing students under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.
