摘要
智能制造将生产设备与虚拟数据网络相结合,从而提高产品投入产出效率。在产品制造过程中,存在各工位作业衔接较差的问题,为此,设计了基于机电一体化技术的智能制造系统。系统由制造、检测、装配和仓储模块等组成,通过模块间的联机运行完成订单内容的加工任务。利用输入单元接收驱动信号,并通过PLC编程进行顺序和逻辑控制操作。以完工时间和设备总负载最小为目标函数,对多个生产工位线程进行调度,合理安排工件的加工顺序。根据数控单元分配的生产进程,自动调度数控加工设备和规划零件的加工工艺路线。测试结果表明:该系统的内存占用率较低,占用较少的计算机资源就能完成产品制造工序。
Intelligent manufacturing combines production equipment with virtual data networks to improve product input-output efficiency.In the process of product manufacturing,there is a problem of poor connection between various workstations.Therefore,an intelligent manufacturing system based on mechatronics integration technology has been designed.The system consists of manufacturing,testing,assembly,and warehousing modules,which complete the processing tasks of order content through online operation between modules.Input units are utilized to receive drive signals,and sequential and logical control operations are performing through PLC programming.multiple production station threads are scheduling with the objective of minimizing completion time and total equipment load,and the processing sequence of workpieces is reasonably arranging.based on the production process assigned by CNC units,CNC machining equipment and plan the machining process route of parts are automatically schedule.The test results indicate that the system has a low memory usage rate and can complete the product manufacturing process with less computer resources.
