摘要
为了研究平朔集团东露天矿卡车油耗规律,通过高精度容积式油耗仪采集789C矿用卡车的实时油耗、总油耗、怠速油耗、行驶时长、怠速时长、经纬度、车辆行驶里程等数据,采用回归分析方法得到不同情况下油耗的变化规律。结果表明:4012卡车在平均运距为3.25-3.5 km时单耗最低,怠速时长改进空间大,非必要怠速油耗每节省1%,单台车单日节省111元,按照东露天矿现有789卡车数量18台,每年工作日为330 d,每年可节省约66万元。
In order to study the fuel consumption law of trucks in Pingshuo Group East Open-pit Mine,the article collects the real-time fuel consumption,total fuel consumption,idling fuel consumption,driving time,idling time,longitude and latitude,vehicle mileage and other data of 789C mining trucks by high-precision volumetric fuel consumption meter,and obtains the variation law of fuel consumption under different conditions by regression analysis.The results show that the unit consumption of 4012 trucks is the lowest when the average distance is 3.25-3.5 km,and there is much room for improvement in idling time.If the unnecessary idling oil consumption is saved by 1%,the single truck can save RMB 111 per day,and according to the existing 789 trucks in East Open-pit Mine,the working days are 330 days per year,and the whole mine can save about RMB 660,000 per year.
