摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,以及通信技术的不断进步,远程控制起重机已经成为起重机未来发展的方向之一。传统起重机采用PLC和变频器结合的方法来控制起重机,远程控制起重机是在传统起重机的基础上增加了远程通信和监控等功能,来保证操作安全。采用远程控制可以节约一定的成本、保证人身安全。本文详细介绍了起重机远程控制系统组成、操作流程、所存在的问题及解决方法;并采用了一种远程监测系统来实时监测起重机上的各自动化设备和元器件,防止自动化设备和元器件出现故障影响起重机的正常运行。
With the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous progress of communication technology,remote control cranes has become one of the future development directions of cranes.Traditional cranes use a combination of PLC and frequency converter to control the crane,and remote control cranes add remote communication and monitoring functions on the basis of the traditional crane to ensure safe operation.Using remote control can save a certain cost and ensure personal safety.This paper introduces the composition,operation process,existing problems and solutions of the crane remote control system in detail.And a remote monitoring system is used to monitor the automation equipment and components on the crane in real time manner,so as to prevent the failure of the automation equipment and components from affecting the normal operation of the crane.
