考虑价格歧视的端对端正负瓦特耦合市场:基于纳什谈判的合作模型

摘要 在碳达峰、碳中和的能源转型背景下,正负瓦特能量共享市场将是电力市场转型的重要方向之一。针对正负瓦特市场中能源共享的定价机制与多方合作模型展开研究。基于能源共享的定义,建立了去中心化的共享交易机制,并通过与中心化模型进行比较,证明了去中心化交易市场的效率。在传统去中心化的市场中考虑正负瓦特的交易与价格歧视的机制,通过引入价格歧视增强了能源产消者参与市场的积极性。基于纳什谈判模型建立能源产消者与系统运营商的合作关系,并将其等效为联盟效益最大化和交易支付谈判2个子问题,应用增广Benders分解算法在求解过程中保护各方主体的隐私。最后,通过仿真算例验证了价格歧视机制对能源产消者和系统运营商效益的积极影响。此外,基于纳什谈判的合作博弈可以产生额外的联盟合作效益,实现能源共享市场各主体效用的Pareto改进;去中心化的结构可以保证信息对称,促进市场公平。 Under the energy transition background of carbon peak and carbon neutral,the watt-negawatt energy sharing market is one of the most important directions of electricity market transformation,so the pricing mechanism and multi-participant cooperation model of energy sharing in the watt-negawatt market is stu-died.The decentralized sharing mechanism based on the definition of energy sharing is established,and the efficiency of the decentralized trading market is proved by comparing it with the centralized model.The watt-negawatt transaction and price discrimination mechanism are considered in the traditional decentralized market,and the enthusiasm of energy prosumers participating in the market is enhanced by introducing the price discrimination.Then,the cooperative relationship between energy prosumers and system operators is established based on Nash negotiation,and it is equivalent to two sub-problems of alliance benefit maximi⁃zation and transaction payment negotiation.And the enhanced Benders decomposition algorithm is used to protect the privacy of all participants in the process of iteration.Finally,the simulation case verifies the positive effects of price discrimination mechanism on the benefits of energy prosumers and system operators.In addition,the cooperative game based on Nash negotiation can produce additional alliance cooperation benefits,and realize Pareto improvement of the participants’utility in the energy sharing market.The decen⁃tralized structure can ensure information symmetry and promote market fairness.
