摘要
大学是学生进入社会工作的重要阶段,在这一阶段是学生对个人就业能力不断储备提升的黄金时期,高校通过对学生的职业发展能力进行培养,能够在很大程度上帮助学生突破就业困境。近年来,高校为了更好地为社会培养高素质人才积极引进了OBE教育理念对高校教学模式进行改革,但是目前在学生的职业发展能力培养过程中仍存在诸多问题,需要进一步地改善优化。基于此,以OBE教育理念为基础,对高校大学生职业发展能力的培养进行分析,并提出相应的解决策略。
Learning in universities is an important stage for students to make preparations for entering the society,which is also a golden period for students to continuously gather and improve their personal employability.Colleges and universities can help students break through the employment dilemma to a large extent by cultivating their professional development ability.In recent years,in order to better cultivate high-quality talents for the society,colleges and universities have actively introduced the OBE education concept to reform the teaching mode of colleges and universities.However,there are still many problems in the process of cultivating students’professional development ability,which needs to be further improved and optimized.Based on the OBE education concept,this paper analyzes the cultivation of college students’professional development ability and puts forward corresponding solutions.
