摘要
进入数字时代以来,新兴数字技术的发展让传播介质变得多元化,人们获取学术信息的渠道也愈加多样化,传统学术期刊越来越难以满足读者个性化需求。与此同时,学术期刊地位和功能发生了深刻变化,使得学术期刊编辑面临着必须提升政治理论素养、创新编辑意识、更新知识结构、加强自学能力等发展要求。对此,学术期刊编辑需要通过政治理论和专业技能学习、提升编辑队伍素质,坚持以人为本理念、培养用户思维,提升数字素养技能、适应数字时代发展,增强资源整合意识、提升选题策划能力等途径重塑自身素养。
Since entered the digital era,the development of emerging digital technologies has diversified the channels for people to obtain academic information,and the media for dissemination has become diversified.Traditional academic journals are increasingly unable to meet the personalized needs of readers.The status and function of academic journals have undergone profound changes,making academic journal editors face the need to improve their political and theoretical literacy,innovate their editorial awareness,update their knowledge structure higher requirements such as strengthening self study ability.In response,academic journal editors need to reshape their own literacy through political theory learning,improving the quality of the editing team,adhering to the people-oriented concept,cultivating user thinking,improving digital literacy skills,adapting to the development of the digital era,enhancing resource integration awareness,and improving topic selection and planning capabilities.
