摘要
目的研究核桃青皮小分子酸性成分。方法核桃青皮95%乙醇提取物采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20柱、ODS柱、半制备HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为β-羟丙基香草酮(1)、白藜芦醇(2)、4-O-咖啡酰基奎宁酸甲酯(3)、对甲酚(4)、莽草酸(5)、柠檬酸(6)、新野樱苷(7)、juglanoside B(8)、没食子酸乙酯(9)、香草酸(10)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)、黄杞苷(12)、对苯二酚(13)、表二氢菜豆酸(14)。结论化合物1~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the small molecule acidic constituents from walnut green husks.METHODS The 95%ethanol from walnut green husks was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,ODS column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified asβ-hydroxypropiovanillone(1),resveratrol(2),4-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(3),p-cresol(4),shikimic acid(5),citric acid(6),neosakuranin(7),juglanoside B(8),ethyl gallate(9),vanillic acid(10),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),engeletin(12),1,4-dihydroxybenzene(13),epi-dihydro phaseic acid(14).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-7 are first isolated from this plant.
